As industries increasingly move to automation, our design expertise, unitized systems, and top-level consulting provides a smooth pathway for any project partners to experience great savings on materials cost and labor, all while encouraging domestic, 4th industrial revolution market movement and growth. Our practice spans from environmental retrofits of existing buildings to the complete planning and design of envelope enclosures and rain screens. While our work is aesthetically diverse, our projects are linked by a focus on enhancing human relationships through architecture.
By vetting and working with pre-qualified minority (W/MBE) partners, while simultaneously interfacing with local governments to stay abreast of government led programs, Dudek helps to ease the process for our developers and GCs to obtain government funding, maximize available incentives and fast track permitting.
We think of construction not as a single practice, but as several interlocking ones. Landscapes are inseparable from structures, ecology is inseparable from building requirements, and improving human relationships is the ultimate goal of any project. Aesthetic movements come and go, but we have found these principles to be timeless.
Over the last 20 years, Dudek’s Principal, Chance Johnson, and team has acquired an extensive rolodex of qualified and loyal resources, including but not limited to, general contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, designers, test labs, minority partners, wholesalers, engineers, architects and suppliers, both in the local and international spaces.
Within this same time frame, we have conceptualized, designed, produced and internationally tested over 20 products that have been specified on thousands of projects – that were then engineered, delivered and installed all over the US. Our products have been used across a diverse portfolio of projects; everything from high rises and stadiums, to schools and high end residential.
